Conscious Feeling is founded by Arf, also known as Ahmed Mohammed Khan, under Arf Wellness Pvt. Ltd. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact info@consciousfeeling.com and identify Conscious Feeling in the subject.
Enquiry information
The enquiry form asks for an adult contact’s name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email, programme interest, contact method and time preference. It records contact permission, a separate optional programme-update preference and the version of this privacy information. The initial form does not ask for medical records, symptom histories, detailed trauma accounts or children’s personal information.
How your enquiry is used
Submitted details are used to respond, discuss the requested experience and manage follow-up. A reference is displayed after the service confirms the enquiry has been saved. Submitting the form does not confirm a booking or establish a therapist-client relationship. Optional programme updates are separate from contact about the enquiry.
Storage and access
Enquiry records are stored using Supabase. The website is hosted on Vercel. Public website visitors cannot list or download enquiry records. Access for enquiry management is restricted to authorised administration. A future dashboard may provide staff management and exports; there is no public lead download.
Campaign attribution
If you arrive through a tagged link, a submitted enquiry can include campaign source, medium, campaign and ad identifiers, placement and an external referrer hostname. Tags are carried through same-site links. We do not collect Facebook click/browser identifiers in the enquiry record, and form answers and programme interests are not sent to Meta by this enquiry implementation.
Optional advertising measurement
Optional Meta measurement is disabled until a Pixel ID and eligible configuration are supplied. Where enabled, it is limited to the general ad landing page, requires your choice and respects browser privacy preferences. It is not loaded on the enquiry, contact or programme pages. You can use Privacy choices in the footer.
Abuse prevention
The enquiry service checks form fields, uses a signed expiring form session and limits repeated submissions. A short-lived keyed hash of a connection identifier may be used for throttling; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry tables. Old throttle records are removed during subsequent capture activity.
Contact preferences and retention
We retain enquiry information while handling the request and for relevant follow-up and administrative needs. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw optional programme updates. A service arrangement may require separate records and information; those terms are discussed directly.
WhatsApp and email
The floating WhatsApp link prepares a contextual message and does not send it automatically. WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own practices. Information in the website form is not inserted into the floating WhatsApp link.
Participant experiences
An enquiry to share an experience starts a conversation. Publication wording, attribution and permission are discussed separately before an account is published.
