Awareness
Notice before you react.
Begin with what is here: a thought, a feeling, a sensation, a moment of attention.
A practical way to connect what you understand with how you live.
Conscious Feeling moves from understanding to noticing, experiencing, choosing and integrating. The scale may be a minute of reflection, a three-day group experience or seven weeks of private conversation. The principle stays the same.
We use the method to bring meditation, intention and personal understanding into the moments that make up a life.
Notice before you react.
Begin with what is here: a thought, a feeling, a sensation, a moment of attention.
Understand what repeats.
See the familiar story or response with curiosity, rather than treating it as the whole truth.
Make room for a choice.
Try a deliberate response through reflection, meditation, communication or an everyday action.
Bring it into ordinary life.
Return to the practice in real conversations, decisions and small moments. Begin again when you forget.
You notice an urge to reply sharply to a message. Awareness means seeing the urge. Pattern means recognising the familiar interpretation behind it. Practice might be waiting a moment and asking a clarifying question. Integration means trying that response in an actual conversation, then reflecting on what happened.
